The BEX Hosted Buyer Program exists to shorten that distance.

 

Together with Agenzia ICE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), BEX brings over 30 selected international buyers to Rimini, chosen for their role and decision-making power across the industries that meet here: space technology, energy, agrifood, auotomotive, wellness and life sciences.

 

They come to understand where this market is going and who is building it. Exhibitors take part at no cost.

Before you arrive

Meetings are scheduled before the fair opens, so the conversation starts the moment you arrive.

Buyers Matchmaking Platform by BEX - Beyond Exploration Expo

Your meetings are set up through the Buyers Matchmaking Platform, the matchmaking platform that profiles buyers and exhibitors and puts the right ones in front of each other.

 

Company type, size, country, products, objectives: the match is built on what you actually do, not on who happens to walk past your stand.

 

How it works

 

  • You complete your company profile in your Exbitor's personal area
  • You search the buyers attending BEX and request the meetings you want
  • Once confirmed, your agenda is ready before you leave for Rimini

 

Every meeting takes place at your stand and lasts around 20 minutes.
