Event
A popular-science presentation of research into the history of food in Space, starting from the primordial laws that guided the transformation of matter in the Universe's great "forge", through to the latest advances in the study of taste perception and the preparation of food packs for astronauts. From this exploration - rich in anecdotes and information likely to intrigue a broad and varied audience - follows a more technical deep dive and an analysis of the opportunities for real-economy applications in the food-processing industry, in order to answer a simple question: what will the kitchen of the future look like?
