Italy Aerospace Competences: Soft Skills and Complexity Management

In this context, skills can no longer be understood as a simple sum of technical knowledge, but rather as a systemic capability to integrate knowledge, manage uncertainty, and coordinate complex production networks.

The future of aerospace skills in Italy increasingly lies at the intersection of hard and soft skills: engineers able to engage in dialogue, designers capable of orchestrating complex processes, and professionals who combine technical depth with relational intelligence.
