The Space Cocktail turns one of the most familiar parts of everyday life into an opportunity to explore how food could evolve beyond Earth. At the centre of the experience is the chance to taste the 3D Spaghetto developed by Barilla and Artisia: an award-winning project that explores food as a form of micro-architecture, using design and technology to rethink something as familiar as pasta. The tasting becomes part of a wider moment of conversation and exchange, bringing together companies, researchers, professionals and the BEX community around the future of food and human life in space.
