Biography

Biographical Notes Aeronautical engineer with more than three decades in the European space industry, he has worked at the forefront of groundbreaking projects across the different domains of the sector — communications, exploration, Earth observation and navigation. With a strong academic foundation and with a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, he has consistently acted with dedicate leadership and technical acumen. His expertise in satellite communications, particularly on secure and free-space optical communications, has been instrumental in the development of critical infrastructure for both civilian and military applications. He is today actively engaged in all the Europe's flagship initiatives on the Secure Connectivity, driving the development of advanced optical and quantum communication technologies and be positioned as a key player in the use of laser-com technologies for exploration and colonization of our Solar System. Beyond technical excellence, He is committed to fostering innovation and collaboration within the space industry. By engaging with SMEs, start-ups, academia, and research centers, helping to shape the future of space infrastructures and space commercialization.
