EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY: ASHUTOSH PANDEY Ashutosh Pandey is an international executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning the space, satellite communications, telecommunications and technology sectors. He currently serves as Vice President, Project Management, Quality and Process at Eutelsat Group, supporting enterprise-wide transformation across one of the world's leading satellite operators following the integration with OneWeb. Previously he held senior executive leadership positions at Nokia where he led global transformation, quality, customer operations and operational excellence initiatives across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and North America. Throughout his career he has delivered major transformation programmes exceeding €650 million, built international Centres of Excellence and led multidisciplinary teams operating in highly regulated environments. His expertise spans innovation commercialisation, enterprise transformation, strategic partnerships, governance, digital transformation, operational excellence and international leadership. By education, he is a double MBA and an engineering graduate with senior executive leadership certifications from the University of Oxford and Harvard Business School. He is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate focused on satellite-enabled business models and innovation ecosystems, complementing his practical executive experience with applied research into the future of the global space economy.
