Gian Luca Comandini

Born in 1990, with a degree in Economics, since 2013 he has been among the first in Italy to invest in blockchain and social media. Today he is a technology communicator and head of a holding company of over 15 companies. He was part of the task force of the Ministry of Economic Development for the definition of the national strategy on blockchain. He is the founder of You & Web, an integrated communication and viral strategies company that works with brands, multinationals and public figures. A professor with a chair in Blockchain at the Guglielmo Marconi University and a contract lecturer at Luiss, he is a TEDx speaker and commentator at industry events and television programmes. He has been listed by Forbes Under 30, Il Sole 24 Ore, Millionaire and Business Elite among the most influential leaders in Italy and Europe. In 2019 he joined Mensa International. A serial investor in startups through the vehicles Startcom and Akka, he is also the founder of the restaurant chain Inzuppo and producer of the wine Ad Utrumque Paratus. He is the author of the bestsellers 'Da Zero alla Luna' (Flaccovio) and 'L'uomo più ricco del mondo' (Rizzoli), with over 10,000 copies sold. Since 2024 he has hosted 'Out of the Box', an economics podcast produced by Chora and among the most listened to in Italy.
