Gianluca Cerrone

Gianluca Cerrone has been Argotec Head of Sales business Development since September 2025. Before joining Argotec, he served as General Manager of Starion Nederland, where he drove revenue growth, built strategic client relationships, and collaborated across Starion and Nexova to support group-wide initiatives. His career path includes significant roles, from hands-on engineering and business development at Thales Alenia Space, ESA ESTEC, and RHEA Group, particularly on ISS-related projects, to strategic leadership in growing teams and business operations. He has over 18 years of expertise in leading complex, high-stakes projects within the European space sector, grounded in a solid academic foundation with an MSc in Aerospace Engineering. He further enhanced his leadership profile with an Executive MBA and the High-Performance Leadership programme at IMD.
