Leonella Gori

Biography

Leonella Gori is Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is a member of Federmanager’s Italian Space Economy Commission.
At the academic level, she teaches in undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programmes and conducts research in the areas of corporate valuation, financial risk, and Space Economy-related topics. She has published numerous articles in academic and professional journals in her fields of research.
In 2026, together with Alessandro Sannini, she published Volare Alto: Sostenere la crescita dell'industria aerospaziale in Italia, published by Nuova Cultura.
Her research findings have been presented at international conferences, including invited presentations at the International Conference on Computational and Financial Econometrics (CFE), the International Astronautical Congress (IAC), and the World Finance Conference.
She graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University and holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from the University of Trieste. She also completed the International Teachers Program (ITP).
In recognition of her academic teaching, she has twice received the Teaching Award for Best Lecturer at SDA Bocconi School of Management in the Specialized Master’s Programmes category.
A lifelong music enthusiast, she studied piano and Harmony at the Puccini Conservatory in La Spezia and the Mascagni Conservatory in Livorno.
