Luca Spazzacampagna

He holds a degree in Space and Astronautical Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome and began his professional career at Telespazio, where he focused on the performance analysis of satellite constellations for space debris observation and detection. He later contributed to the Telespazio Concurrent Design Facility, supporting the Phase 0/A activities of the Moonlight mission. Since 2023, he has been leading technical activities related to the design and implementation of the Space Traffic Monitoring, Surveillance and Management system commissioned by the Italian Space Agency (ASI). Since 2025, he has served as Head of the Space Domain Awareness Engineering Group and Technology Domain at Telespazio, where he is responsible for driving technical development and innovation in the field of Space Domain Awareness and Space Traffic Management.
