Massimiliano Marsiaj was born in Turin on December 17, 1977. After obtaining his degree in Business Administration from the European Business School Regent's College in London in 2003, he joined the family business, Sabelt Spa, based in Turin, specializing in the production of safety belts and sports seats for road cars and for the automotive Racing sector, as well as seats and belts for the Aerospace sector. Initially, he worked in administration and finance, before moving on to the Motorsport sector and subsequently becoming Head of the Child Safety Business Division. Today he holds the role of Vice President and Head of Business Development for the company, with responsibilities for the Racing and Aerospace sectors.
