Michele Pasquali

Michele Pasquali is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (DIMA) of Sapienza University of Rome. He teaches in the field of aerospace structures, with courses focused on space structures and their modelling and analysis. His research lies within aerospace structural mechanics, with particular emphasis on elastodynamic phenomena and on the development of combined numerical–experimental approaches for the advanced modelling of deployable multibody structures. Key research topics also include the implementation of cyber-physical models for the digital assembly of space structures, leveraging extended reality technologies, cobotics and digital twins to support assembly, integration, and validation activities. He is the author of numerous scientific publications in international journals and is involved in research and collaboration activities with both academic and industrial partners.
