Nicola Nizzoli is a pioneering figure in the European UAS sector, having been a driving force in the Italian drone industry
since its inception in 2012. His career is defined by a unique 360-degree perspective, blending entrepreneurial success,
educational leadership, and high-level institutional advocacy.
Currently serving as Vice President for Sales at FlyValue, Nicola has played a pivotal role in positioning the company as
a cornerstone of the Italian drone ecosystem. His experience as a former CEO of a Drone Manufacturer provides him
with a pragmatic understanding of the technical and industrial challenges faced by SMEs. Furthermore, his commitment
to safety and professionalism is evidenced, among others, by his extensive work in organizing drone schools and
specialized pilot training.
For the past 6 years, Nicola has served as the President of ASSORPAS, the leading drone organization in Italy. In this
capacity, he has become a respected interlocutor for National & International Authorities with direct, hands-on
experience negotiating with ENAC, EASA, and global aviation bodies. Since 2012, he has been one of the masterminds
behind "DroneItaly". As it approaches its 17th edition in 2027, the event stands as the premier exhibition and networking
hub for the Italian drone community.
