Pasquale Castellano

Pasquale Castellano is founder and CEO of Dymension Systems, the Italian company building engineering data infrastructure for complex systems. He studied aerospace engineering at Politecnico di Torino and space engineering at Politecnico di Milano, and is an INCOSE-certified systems engineering professional (ASEP). He worked at the ESA European Astronaut Centre on a lunar brick manufacturing payload, and led the chemical processes team on a NASA RASC-AL entry for autonomous fuel production on Mars, which won Best Prototype Demonstration in 2022. Winning ESA's MBSE hackathon in 2024 put him in front of the problem the industry lives with: the engineering data underneath the models does not hold together. He founded Dymension at ESA BIC Brindisi that year and has bootstrapped it since, building ARC, where requirements, architecture, verification and decisions live on one connected model, and OMEGA, the systems engineering AI agent that reasons over it. He works alongside some of the leading space engineering teams as they adopt model-based methods.
