Pasquale D'Amico

Colonel AAran Pasquale D'AMICO Enlisted in the Italian Air Force in 1986. Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions at Italian Air Force units, the Air Force Staff, the Defence General Staff, the Joint Operational Headquarters, and the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic. He has also served abroad, at the European Air Group in High Wycombe (UK) and, subsequently, at the Headquarters of the Supreme Allied Commander Transformation of NATO in Norfolk (USA). Since 2016, he has been engaged in the training sector. He began at the Italian Air Force Volunteers School, serving as Commander of Courses. Since 2024, he has been assigned to the Aeronautical Academy in Pozzuoli, as Head of the Department of Studies. He has participated in numerous operations in the Former Yugoslavia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Libya, Kuwait, and Iraq. He attended the 16th Course of the Higher Institute of Joint Staff (ISSMI) at the Centre for High Defence Studies (CASD) and is qualified as a Legal Adviser. He holds a degree in Organisational and Management Sciences from the University of Tuscia, a Master's degree in Business Management and Communication from the University of Teramo, a First-Level Master's degree in IT Security and Digital Investigations from the same University, and a Second-Level Master's degree in International Strategic-Military Studies from Roma Tre University. Colonel D'Amico has been decorated with: •\tMauritian Medal for merit of 10 lustra of military career; •\tLong Command Medal; •\tCommemorative Cross for Peace Operations; •\tNATO Commemorative Medal for operations in the Former Yugoslavia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Libya, Kuwait, and Iraq; •\tHonour Insignia and Merit Badge of the Military Household of the Presidency of the Republic; and he is an Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic (OMRI).
