Roberto Grosso

Roberto Grosso is an aerospace engineer, entrepreneur and investor with more than 30 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience across the automotive, industrial design, technology and space sectors He is a Partner at TLI Space, a venture capital investment boutique focused on space and technology, and Founder of MaxQ Space, a strategy and business development boutique supporting space and technology companies in turning their capabilities into new markets, new customers and sustainable business growth Earlier in his career, Roberto was a member of the Management Board and General Manager of I.DE.A Institute Spa, where he held decision-making and operational responsibilities for international business development, corporate innovation, strategy and company development. He also led major turnkey vehicle development programmes, including the Mercedes-Benz Vito/Viano and Tata Indica Since 2014, he has increasingly focused on the space sector, working with companies across the upstream and downstream space ecosystem, as well as with technology companies, investors and institutions Since 2025, he has also been a Partner at Gedyon Sri, an operational AI boutique that works with companies to turn artificial intelligence into real-world business applications and operational value Roberto has been a Teaching Fellow at SDA Bocconi School of Management, focusing on new product and service development, and is a Lecturer in the course 'Space Economy: Business, History and Success Cases' at Politecnico di Milano
