Valentina Loisi

Valentina Loisi is Commercial Director for Italy and Europe at Neara, where she leads the company's development and growth in the Italian and European energy markets. Based in Rome, Valentina has gained over ten years of experience in the world of deep-tech technologies and critical infrastructure, holding roles of increasing responsibility in international contexts. In her current role at Neara, she contributes to developing new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with utilities and energy sector operators, supporting them in addressing the challenges related to grid transformation and resilience. She joined Neara in 2025, after serving as Head of Business Development and Strategy at TITAN4, a SaaS platform that uses satellite data to monitor the condition of critical infrastructure. Previously, Valentina spent nearly ten years at Alien Technology Transfer, a European company active in innovation, research finance and technology commercialisation. During this experience she held several leadership roles, eventually becoming CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Her professional career has developed at the intersection of technology, innovation and strategic infrastructure, with a particular focus on transforming innovative technologies into concrete solutions and market opportunities.
