Anna Pia Spada has extensive experience in the Human Resources field, gained through roles of increasing responsibility in personnel management, industrial relations and organisational development. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the implementation of corporate transformation projects, supporting growth processes, change management and the enhancement of human capital. She currently works in the Human Resources area of SITAEL, where she is responsible for defining and implementing HR strategies in support of business objectives. She coordinates a team dedicated to people management and organisational development, promoting initiatives aimed at skills growth, performance culture and organisational well-being. Over the years, she has contributed to strengthening talent management, performance management and succession planning processes, accompanying the organisational evolution of the company and supporting paths of innovation and people development.
